Testing
and Inspection
GenChek offers monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual maintenance and testing programs as per the CSA C282 standard.
Coolant System Testing
The coolant system safeguards the generator in both extreme heat and cold. Regular maintenance, including routine coolant analysis and occasional flushing, is essential to keep your equipment performing at its best when you need it most.

GenChek ensures that the coolant testing is completed annually to check the coolant's quality. This is essential for your generator to operate at its peak performance.
Battery Testing
Battery inspection and testing is completed on every semi-annual inspection. This is essential for your generator's startability
Fuel Treatment
Fuel treatment (for Diesel generator only) is added annually to keep the fuel bright and clear. This is essential for your generator to operate at its peak performance.
Detailed Inspection Report
After each inspection and testing, a detailed report will be emailed for our review.

Annual Maintenance
Annual inspections are completed as per CSA C282 standard. Oil and filter change are completed as per recommended manufacturer intervals. This is essential for your generator to operate at its peak performance.
Load Testing w/ Certificate
Load testing is completed, if required by the Fire Code, with recommended oil and filter intervals. A certificate will be provided to indicate when the Annual maintenance and load test was completed.
Maintenance Log
Sheet
A generator log sheet is provided to track all maintenance, inspection and testing.
